Welcome to JD Saver. By installing, utilizing, or downloading our Chrome Extension (the "Service") or navigating our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please uninstall the extension immediately.

1. License & Scope of Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the JD Saver Chrome Extension. The extension is designed strictly to facilitate saving and organizing job descriptions for personal career management. Commercial scraping of jobs data for bulk redistribution is prohibited.

2. Affiliation Disclaimer

JD Saver is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to LinkedIn Corporation, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries. LinkedIn is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.

JD Saver reads and parses public DOM components inside active tabs on LinkedIn's job portals to create formatting templates. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with LinkedIn's terms of service regarding DOM helpers.

3. Pro Lifetime Licenses & Payments

We offer Pro Lifetime Licenses for a one-time fee of ₹500 (India - INR) or $5.99 (International - USD), processed securely via Razorpay and PayPal. Purchases grant non-expiring lifetime access to Pro features. No recurring monthly subscriptions or hidden renewal charges apply.

4. Modification of Service

LinkedIn's markup frequently updates, which may cause extraction selectors to fail. We proactively deploy updates to fix selector breaks. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted Service or absolute extraction reliability on custom page types. We reserve the right to alter features at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JD Saver, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the extension, including data loss or account restrictions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
